No cookies
This website sets no cookies — not first-party, not third-party, not for analytics, not for preferences. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser's storage is not used.
No analytics or tracking
No analytics service, tag manager, pixel, session recorder or advertising script runs on this site. We do not know who you are, where you came from, or what you read here.
No forms
This site has no forms. Every contact action is a plain mailto: link that opens your own email client. Nothing is submitted to us through the site itself.
Self-hosted fonts and assets
Fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain. Your browser does not contact a font provider, a CDN or any other third party to render the page.
What the hosting platform sees
The site is served by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web host, Azure's infrastructure processes the technical data needed to deliver a page — your IP address, the request, and standard browser headers — and may keep platform-level logs for security and operations under Microsoft's privacy statement. We do not receive or analyse that data as part of running this site.
Then we hold what you sent.
The only personal data we receive through this site is what you choose to send us by email.
If you write to hello@svakrit.ai or careers@svakrit.ai, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our mail is hosted on Zoho Mail; Zoho processes it as our service provider.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing conversation or a legal obligation, and delete it when it is not. Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you and remove it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named on this page, and then only to operate the service.

Links leave this notice behind.
This site links to cortexvigil.com (our product's own site) and to our LinkedIn page. Each is governed by its own privacy terms, not this notice.
The product is a different matter. CortexVigil processes video, detections and attendance records on behalf of its customers, under contracts and data-processing terms agreed with each of them, in their capacity as data fiduciary. That processing is not described here and is not governed by this notice.
What you can ask us to do.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and however little we hold.
- Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.
- Correction and erasure — fix what is inaccurate; delete what we no longer need.
- Withdraw consent — where processing rests on consent, withdraw it at any time.
- Grievance — raise a complaint with us first, at the privacy contact above. We respond within the period the Act and its rules require.
- Nominate — name a person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you cannot.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner the Act provides.
